We ship via Australia Post & Fastway couriers and aim to despatch your order within 1-2 business days.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging which are all automatically calculated at checkout.
Typical delivery times range from 2 - 5 days after dispatch and are dependent on your location. Once the goods are dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email and your shipment tracking number.
International orders are not accepted at this stage.

Returns for goods purchased online
Packaged goods purchased from www.alwaystwo.com.au and returned within 10 days will receive a full refund, no questions asked!
What if I order the incorrect product?
No problem! Just email us at XXX@XXXX and send back the incorrect goods. Once received, we will dispatch the correct replacements.
If there are any problems at all with the products you receive, simply send us a picture of the damaged goods and we will courier you a replacement.
Always Two warrants this product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase; provided the product is not used or installed other than for the purpose, or in a manner not within the scope of the recommendations and limitations, specified by Always Two.
This product must be installed in accordance with installation instructions in accordance with the recommendations specified by Always Two.
Always Two will assess all claims and if deemed reasonable, Always Two will at its option replace the product and return it to you or refund the price you paid for the product. Always Two will bear its own expenses of doing those things, and you must bear any other expenses of claiming on the Warranty.
The Warranty is in addition to other rights and remedies you may have under a law in relation to the product to which the Warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items unless Always Two is at fault. In that case we will refund any shipping costs back to you.
Late or missing refunds
